Master ကျောင်းသားများ အမေရိကန်တက္ကသိုလ်များ တွင် fully funded အစီအစဉ်ဖြင့် ပညာသွားရောက်သင်ယူနိုင်မည့် Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs က ထောက်ပံ့ပေးသည့် scholarship တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။

- Sustainable Lands: Agricultural and Rural Development; Natural Resources, Environmental Policy, and Climate Change; Urban and Regional Planning.
- Thriving Communities: Contagious and Infectious Diseases; Public Health Policy and Management; HIV & AIDS, Policy and Prevention; Substance Abuse Education, Treatment and Prevention; Educational Administration, Planning and Policy; Higher Education Administration; Teaching English as a Foreign Language.

Eligibility :
- မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားဖြစ်ပြီး တက္ကသိုလ်ဘွဲ့ရပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာနယ်ပယ်တွင် အနည်းဆုံး အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်း အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံးငါးနှစ်ရှိရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အထူးပြုနယ်ပယ်၏ မူဝါဒဆိုင်ရာ ကဏ္ဍများကို စိတ်ဝင်စားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအရည်အသွေးများ၊ communityအတွက် အကျိုးပြုနိုင်မှုမှတ်တမ်းနှင့် တိုးတက်အောင်ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် အလားအလာ ရှိကြောင်းပြသနိုင်ရမည်။
- Program တွင် ပါ၀◌င်ခွင့်ရရန် ရွေးချယ်ခံရပါက အလုပ်ရှင်ထံမှခွင့်ပြုချက်ရရှိရန် လိုအပ်သည်။
- အနည်းဆုံး TOEFL ရမှတ် 525 (paper based) သို့မဟုတ် 71 (internet-based) ရှိရမည်။
- TOEFL အမှတ်မရှိပါက US သံရုံးမှ ပြုလုပ်သော စစ်ဆေးမှု စာမေးပွဲကို ဖြေဆိုရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ပြီးနောက် တရားဝင် TOEFL စာမေးပွဲကို ဖြေဆိုရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
- အမေရိကားတွင် ပညာသင်ကြားခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်ရာတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူမဖြစ်ရပါ။
- ပညာသင်ကာလပြီးဆုံးတဲ့အခါမှာ မိမိနိုင်ငံကိုပြန်ပြီး အနည်းဆုံး၂နှစ်အကျိုးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
