စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံ၏ထိပ်တန်းတက္ကသိုလ်များတွင် Fully Funded အစီအစဉ်ဖြင့် တက်ရောက်နိုင်သော Scholarship Program တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။ စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံရှိတက္ကသိုလ်များဖြစ်သည့် Nanyang Technological University (NTU)၊ National University of NUS (NUS)နှင့်စင်ကာပူနည်းပညာနှင့်ဒီဇိုင်းတက္ကသိုလ် (SUTD) Singapore Management University (SMU)တို့တွင် သုတေသနပြုလုပ်ရင်း Ph.D Degree ကိုရယူနိုင်မည့်အစီအစဉ်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

- Valid Passport
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s academic transcripts ( transcripts အားလုံးသည်အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာဖြင့်ပြန်ဆိုရန်လိုအပ်သည်။)
- 2 recommendation reports
- GRE / IELTS / TOEFL / SAT I & II / GATE results
