Asia-Pacific Internet Governance Academy (APIGA) သည် Internet governance ကိုအလေးပေးသော capacity-development program တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) နှင့် Korea Internet Security Agency (KISA)တို့မှ Co-host ပြုလုပ်ပြီး အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသမှာ ရှိတဲ့ လူငယ်ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေအတွက် Internet, Internet ecosystem တို့နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားပေးမည့် Program တစ်ခုလည်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
