The United Nations – Nippon Foundation Fellowship Program သည် အစိုးရအရာရှိများနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးဆဲနိုင်ငံများမှ Mid-level Professionals များအတွက် Ocean affairs and the law of the sea နှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး Advanced training ထောက်ပံ့ပေးမည့် အစီအစဥ်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ဤ Fellowship Program တွင်
- A 100-page written thesis
- A presentation of the research
- An ocean governance matrix
စတာတွေကို အဓိကအားဖြင့် လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Eligibility :
- အသက် 25 နှစ်မှ 40နှစ်ကြားဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Independent advanced academic research and study တွင် လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်မှုစွမ်းရည်ကိုပြသနိုင်ရမည်။
- ဖွံ့ဖြိုးဆဲပြည်နယ်တစ်ခု၏ National Government (သို့) Ocean Affairs Issues နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော အခြား governmental (သို့) non-governmental agency မှ Mid-level Professional ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- “Nomination and Recommendation Form” သည် အစိုးရအရာရှိ (သို့) Government ၏ Ocean affairs၊ Law of the sea နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော activities များအတွက် သင်၏လုပ်ကိုင်ပုံကို သက်သေပြနိုင်သော အခြားအရာရှိထံမှ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အဆိုပြုထားသော Research and study programme သည် မိမိနိုင်ငံ၏ Formulation(သို့) Implementation of ocean affairs နှင့် Law of the sea policies နှင့် programmes အစီအစဉ်များကိုအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရာတွင် တိုက်ရိုက်အထောက်အကူပြုရမည်။
