ဤ Junior Professional Associates (JPA) Program တွင် ကမ္ဘာ့ဘဏ်ရှိ Senior colleaguesများ၊ Project teamsများနှင့်အတူ Operations နှင့် Corporate Functions များ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ JPA experience သည် Government, Consulting, Private Sector, Academia (သို့) အခြား Development agencies များတွင် Career တစ်ခုလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရန် အထောက်အကူပေးနိုင်ပါလိမ့်မည်။

 Eligibility :

• အသက် (၂၈) နှစ်ထက်မကြီးရပါ။
• Bachelor’s degree နှင့် ညီမျှ​သောဘွဲ့ ရှိထားရမည်။
• English​ ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
• အခြားဘာသာစကားတစ်ခု (Bank ၏ working languages များဖြစ်​သော Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian,Spanish ဦးစား​ပေး) တတ်​မြောက်ထားရမည်။
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အထူးပြုဘာသာရပ်များတွင် analytical , research skills များရှိထားရမည်။
