Wedu အဖွဲ့အစည်းသည် အမျိုးသမီးများ၏ဦးဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းရည် တိုးတက်စေရန်အတွက် အခွင့်အလမ်းများ၊ ပရိုဂရမ်များ လုပ်ဆောင်ရှာဖွေပေးနေသည့် Global organization တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ယခု အခွင့်အလမ်းသည် အဆိုပါအဖွဲ့အစည်းမှ Leadership Development Intern ရာထူးကိုခေါ်ယူနေခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။

- Strong organization
- Time management skills
- Google’s web-based office tools တွေ သုံးတတ်ရမည်။
- Full time လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Gender equity နှင့် Women’s leadership ကို မြင့်တင်ဖို့ စိတ်အားထက်သန်မှုရှိရမည်။
- Wedu ရဲ့ Rising Star များဖြစ်လျှင် ပိုကောင်းပါသည်။
