Leadership စွမ်းရည်ကို ကမ္ဘာတစ်၀ှမ်းမှ လူငယ်များနှင့် အတူတကွမြှင့်တင်လိုသည့် လူငယ်များအတွက် USAတွင် Fully funded အစီအစဉ်ဖြင့် သွားရောက်လေ့လာနိုင်မည့် Global Exchange Program တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ပထမဦးစွာ Online Program ကို တက်ရောက်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဆက်လက်အရွေးချယ်ခံရမှာသာ အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံသို့ သွားရောက်ရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Eligibility :
- လျှောက်ထားသူသည် အသက် ၁၈မှ ၃၅နှစ်အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Community အတွက် အကျိုးပြုရန် စိတ်ဆန္ဒပြင်းပြသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- မည်သည့်လူမျိုးမဆို လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
- Projectများတွင် Community ကို impact ပေးနိုင်သည်ကိုဖော်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
- အင်္ဂလိပ်စာကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
- Participant စုစုပေါင်း ၅၀၀ဦးမှ ၆၀ဦးသာ fully funded ထောက်ပံ့ရန် ဆက်လက်ရွေးချယ်မည်။

- A Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume.
