Myanmar Youth Empowerment Opportunities (MYEO) is, an impact-oriented edutech firm,

About This Role – You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with partners. In this role, you will initiate with company management, sales and marketing professionals, and the product team to generate revenue, improve profitability and

create effective sales strategies. Additionally, you understand the partnership and business development opportunities across planning to distribution. You are also passionate about the EduTech sector for youth from Myanmar.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities :

● Develop a growth strategy on financial gain and new business opportunities.

● Conduct research to identify new markets, customers needs and business plans.

● Think strategically to develop the business income and relationship with partners.

● Collaborate closely with the education team and marketing team in designing the

programs that are relevant with the partner’s needs.

● Lead and provide input for new programs concepts, proposal development and budgeting.

● Initiate in facilitating partnerships processes related to the identification, assessment, selection, negotiation, agreements and documentation.

● Develop and maintain appropriate business tools and systems.

● Liaise with the Marketing team for digital marketing campaigns.

● Participate in networking events and meetings to select potential partners.

● Collaborate with all the departments and ensure all the sales goals and targets are met.

● Provide a detailed report on the progress made against the partnership objective.

● Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements :

● 2 years of experience in sales, business development and partnerships or in similar roles.

● Self-driven personality, ability to work independently as well as in a team.

● Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to meet deadlines and work under high pressure and challenges.

● Have a wide range of networks with business sectors, NGO, INGOs and Education Institutions.

● Have a strong personal interest in attaining education equity in Myanmar and beyond
