Product Owner Intern

Position Overview :

As a Product Owner Intern at MYEO, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development and management while contributing to the success of our projects. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies and product management principles, preparing you for a rewarding career in this field. 

Specific duties and Responsibilities 

  • Assist to the product owner while leveraging the overall digital platforms, lead the vision and roadmap of the product in cooperation with Marketing, Education and Tech teams.
  • Understand the feedback-loop for digital products and gather requirements not only with internal teams but also with external stakeholders.
  • Assist to the product owner for product roadmaps, prioritization issues and backlog adjustment, timeline in terms of business needs and user’s feedback
  • Monitor the progress of the effectiveness in released features and functionalities.
  • Do error analysis daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Support the internal stakeholders for product related trainings, inquiries, defect handling in cooperation with the tech team. 
  • Identify areas of improvement and the process of work to be efficient and effective in daily basis.
  • Collaborate with the product owner to troubleshoot operational errors and work closely with the technical team to address any underlying technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders (internal and external) synchronously and/or asynchronously.
  • Follow-up the specific action to stakeholders when necessary.
  • Conduct global and local competitor’s analysis. 
  • Keep track of market and tech trends. 
  • Ensure that functional requirements, wireframes, user journeys, design and product requirements, and other artifacts as needed to support technical design & development are developed and signed off from stakeholders
  • Conduct heuristic evaluation.
  • Do user research.
  • Have the mindset of Jack of All trades to make the product a success.
