About Senior Full Stack Developer – This role is crucial in bridging the gap between technology and business strategy. By focusing on alignment, risk management, team development, and system efficiency, this position ensures that the organization can leverage technology effectively to achieve its goals while safeguarding its digital resources.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Align the technical activities with our company’s strategy.
● Identify technology trends that may support or impede the success of the business, as well as opportunities and risks for delivering the company’s services.
● Provide full support to teams in the event of technical challenges.
● Manage, coach and code reviews to our engineers and technology personnel to higher levels of excellence.
● Develops and oversees any changes in system architecture.
● Define software development and quality assurance processes to ensure the product needs are met.
● Ensure system infrastructure is working efficiently and is used properly. ● Reduce the risk of technological breaches and protect sensitive digital information. ● Ensure that product evolution provides a smooth upgrade path for existing installations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● At least 4+ years of programming experience with Python
● At least some prior exposure to fundamentals of computer science principles, algorithm design and analysis, etc.
● Python, TypeScript programming experience
● HTML, CSS and JS experience
● Experience using git (and github)
● Experience of CI, CD, devops
● Experience of linux/unix/bash and basic system administration
● Experience in designing Chatbot
● Relational Modelling / (Postgres)SQL experience
● A basic understanding of machine learning models / statistics
● A good understanding of web programming principles and protocols
● Well understanding of SDLC
● Willingness to learn and work with a variety of technologies
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills
● Willingness (and preferably, prior experience) to work remotely, including an understanding of asynchronous communication
● A reasonable grasp of English and Burmese in written and spoken
