Description:
Research ပိုင်းကို စိတ်ဝင်စားတဲ့ လူငယ်တွေအတွက်တော့ သတင်းကောင်းတခုပါပဲ။ 3 months fellowship program လေးမှာတော့ research နဲ့ပတ်သက်တာတွေကိုသင်ကြားရမှာဖြစ်ပြီး လက်တွေ့လုပ်ဆောင်မှုတွေလည်းပြုလုပ်ရဦးမှာပါဦးမှာပါ။ ဒါတွေအပြင် လစဉ် stipend တွေရော research ပြုလုပ်ရာမှာ ကုန်ကျမယ့်စရိတ်တွေအားလုံးကိုလည်း ပြန်ပေးသွားဦးမှာပါတဲ့။ တစ်ခုရှိတာက ကိုယ့်မှာ အဖွဲ့လိုက် မိတ်ဆွေသူငယ်ချင်း ၄ ယောက်တော့ အတူရှိရမှာပါ။ အတူတူလျှောက်ပြီး ပရောဂျက်တွေလုပ်ရမှာကြောင့် တစ်ယောက်တည်းဆိုရင်တော့ လျှောက်လို့ရမှာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။

Requirements:
- Four students in a group (E.g., must be two students from one institution A and another two students from institution B or all four members from different institutions or if no group member, the selected applicant is subject to work with other fellows students as a team set up by program based on the similar interest.
- Have a strong research interest, particularly a passion for educational research
- Must be an active student from Myanmar Ethnic, Non-state, and Non-Profit Post-Secondary Education Institutions*
- Have learned or attended basic research training at their institutions. (Experience in collecting and analyzing data and writing the report is a bonus to the application.)
- Institutions’ and principals’ awareness and approval for participation is a must.
- Commitment and dedication: the ability to attend and actively participate in in-service research training.
- Commitment and dedication: the ability to finish the research project within a designated period (3) months and submit no less than (7) pages (not including references) of the research report in English, Burmese, or their ethnic language as preferred, using APA reference method.
- Able to join research-progress check-in meetings as scheduled
- Available and able to share the research updates and findings at PSEN events and meetings
- Have a will or be able to work with students from other institutions.
