MYEO သည် Messenger Chatbot အသုံးပြုသူများထံမှ  ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် အချို့ကို ကောက်ယူစုဆောင်းပါသည်။  Chatbot မှ ကောက်ယူသည့်အချက်အလက်အမျိုးအစားများ  အသုံးပြုသူများသည် မိမိတို့၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင် ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များအား လွတ်လပ်စွာ ပေးထားနိုင်သည်။ (ဥပမာ – အမည်၊ နေရပ်ဒေသ၊ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်၊ အီးမေး ၊ အလုပ်အကိုင် နှင့် အခြားသောစိတ်ပါဝင်စားသည့်အခွင့်အလမ်းများ။) အချို့အချက်အလက်များသည် မိမိဆန္ဒအလျောက် ရွေးချယ်၍ ပေးနိုင်သော်လည်း အချို့အချက်အလက်များသည် Chatbot မှတဆင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများပေးရန် မဖြစ်မနေ လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် မည်သည့်အချက်များအား မဖြစ်မနေပေးရန် လိုအပ်သည်ကို မရှင်းလင်းပါက Chatbot စီမံသူများထံ ဆက်သွယ်၍ စုံစမ်းနိုင်ပါသည်။ အသုံးပြုမှု ဒေတာ (Usage Data) ကဲ့သို့သော အခြားအချက်အလက်များအား Chatbot သို့မဟုတ် အသုံးပြုနေသော
