Search for Common Ground
Problem
SFCG aimed to promote access to online healthcare, education, and livelihood services to youth communities in Rakhine State.
Solution
MYEO has designed a five-week long online digital skills training, covering collaboration, communication tools and techniques for online advocacy. MYEO delivered the training in two batches of students.
Results
80 youths from four townships in Rakhine State successfully completed the five weeks online digital skills course with average 98% completion rate and 75% competency rate.

SUNNY e-Store
Problem
SUNNY e-Store aimed to hire an intern to assume a position that demanded digital, soft and life skills. As the company is an online business, the challenge for finding talents was even higher.
Solution
MYEO searched it's community of alumni from digital, soft and life skills training and selected two high-potential candidates that matched the company requirements.
Results
The selected intern joined SUNNY e-Store in a few days after the agreement with MYEO and succeeded at the onboarding process.

Mercy Corps
Problem
Mercy Corps' objective was to build a community of youth that aims to enhance youth participation in tackling the consequences of COVID-19 and promote social cohesion nationwide in post-COVID-19 Myanmar.
Solution
MYEO has built Than Pyine, an online community providing content to spark discussions between youth about the impact of COVID-19 in the country.
Results
+6,300 youths following Than Pyine's Facebook page and +400 youths in Than Pyine's Facebook group.
